     It's time to learn about the foods that we eat! I put 100 to 114 octane gas in the bike to make it run at its highest possible performance! Our bodies are running on only about 50% to 70%! Our bodies need more than just "good food", it must be the right food at the right time to make the body perform at peak performance. Everyone in the world needs to take care of the body, racer or not.

     Let's take a look at how we can improve on our bodies performance.

     Our bodies need

     Let's talk a little bit about stamina. In motocross we not only to be strong, but we need to be at the best we can possibly be. Remember the high octane fuel we put in our motors? Here is the high octane fuel for the body and when to put that fuel in to perform at peak performance!

What to eat before and after the race;

  • You must eat a steak for protein, after a race for muscle replacement

  • Tuesday or Wednesday to Sunday, remember the golden hour, for muscle replacement

  • The golden hour is the 1 hour after you ride or work out..

  •  to replace the protein to the muscles. Or you can eat and go to fat instead of muscle.

  • Sunday and Monday eat steak and remember the golden hour.   

The "Golden Hour" is one hour after racing or working out

How nutrition can optimize your performance! Eating right for sat or sun racing

 The rest of the week eat pasta, chicken, fish, rice, lots vegetables, raw vegetables, fruit, bananas. Food with a lot of calcium and protein.

You don’t need breakfast or lunch, Stomach don’t want to work that hard, I call this my energy diet. That’s whey you don’t eat steak on race day, your stomach is working 5 times harder. Juvo meal is for trialthlete, motocross and marathon runners to have the nutrition and no weight in your stomach to perform your best. If you are eating 1 or 2 hours before a race or run. Avoid soda, soda energy drinks, coffee, sugar and sugar foods that are making you work harder than you want to. Sun and Mon Steak, fish, wheat pasta, peanut butter, bagel, bananas and wheat oatmeal. Tues to Sat fish, chicken, wheat pasta, peanut butter, bagel, banana, fruit, carrots and wheat oatmeal. This all about high performance!
